1. Right-click on Windows icon on the computer task-bar
2. Select Apps and Feature to open Windows uninstall window
3. Select Picasa on the list, and click Uninstall/Change
4. Click Uninstall button in the confirmation window
5. Click Yes to start the removing process
6. Click Finish
7. Close all of windows and restart the computer
8. Search for Picasa on the PC and make sure all of traces have been deleted well

Faster option

1. Invite a good third party removal tool on the PC
2. Launch the uninstaller, and choose Picasa on the interface
3. Follow the instructions to complete removing steps
4. Exit uninstaller, close all of windows and apps, and then reboot the PC to take effect.
