YouTube Recruiter Sues Google For ‘Hiring Discrimination’

Google sued by a former YouTube employee in recently, for allegedly refusing to hire the white and Asian men for technical positions.

According to the Lawsuit, YouTube is allegedly hiring for some positions to only look for female, black, and Hispanic or Latinx applicants, and the white and Asian men are just excluded.

Discrimination has been regarded as a hot issue for the Google, this technology giant seen like get rise to many complains to this sensitive work. Arne Wilberg, a white male spent nine years working at Google, filed a discrimination suit against in January, and claimed that Google implemented “clear and irrefutable policies”, which meant to refused to hire white and Asian men in order to increase the company’s overall diversity; in the same month, another former Google engineer, James Damore was also fired by the company after writing and posting an article to against Google’s diversity efforts.
